Jiangsu Construction Engineering Group Co., LTD (JSCE) was founded in 1989 with the grant of Jiangsu Government. Approved by the Ministry of Construction of superior building construction qualification, JSCE has also been qualified with First Class Contractor for municipal public works, electrical installation construction, foundation and foundation engineering, building decoration engineering, steel structure engineering, electrical and mechanical equipment installation, and Second Class Contractor for fire facilities engineering. JSCE has also obtained the qualification and operation of foreign contracted projects overseas labor export by the Ministry of Commerce.

The company now has engineering and economic management of 2350, including 180 senior engineers, 726 intermediate level, and junior title of 1030; 162 first grade architects, 405 second grade architect; and registered capital of 341.68 million yuan. It has constructed the comprehensive capacity of high-rise buildings, large industrial plants, and public facilities with large capacity, first-class decoration, large-scale municipal engineering, environment landscape engineering, and electrical and mechanical equipment installation projects. Since establishment, JSCE has designed and applied various operation and contracting methods, such as general design and construction, contracting, general construction contracting, professional contraction. JSCE has undertaken many large-scale important projects, including the Olympic Games and World Expo, many of which have been awarded "Luban" Cup, "Yangzi" Cup, "the Great Wall" Cup, "the Mountain Tai" Cup, "Magnolia" Cup and "Golden-steel" Cup.

The company, for many years, has been awarded by the Jiangsu Construction Association the "Best Enterprise" "Good Quality Management Units" in the field of Jiangsu construction, "Credit Business" and won the prize of "the contract and trustworthy enterprises" by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province. Winning the "2008 Construction of Jiangsu 30 Top Comprehensive Ability Enterprises" and "2008 Outstanding Construction Enterprises" JSCE has been certified by ISO900:2000 international quality system, ISO14001:2004 environment management system and GB/T28001-2001 occupation health and security management system.

Becoming more vital and competitive after being restructuring, JSCE invested to establish eight branches and absorbed the Building Research and Designing Institute of Changzhou City as one member group. With the provincial technical center, the company formed a various structures of design, research, general contracting, professional and construction services, new materials and production, winning a number of new technology applying and demonstration projects, the national labor law and national patents. JSCE also edits and co-edits a number of national industry standards, creating more economic and social benefits for the general contractor and operation, creation of new situation of technological innovation and opening up a wider operation space.
